HRonHand was founded in 2014 by Kim Nicholson. Her background steps from over 30 years of human resources and leadership skills developed from working with small start-ups to large blue-chip corporate organisations across a broad range of industries. Together with her team, they have over 45 years’ experience supporting businesses with their HR needs.
Throughout her career, she noticed obvious gaps in the HR expertise available/accessible to small to medium-sized businesses. After many years of working for large organisations, she too experienced the struggles of starting and growing her own business. It was at this time that Kim turned her attention and passions to creating products and services for businesses that need it most.
Small and medium-sized businesses often lack the budget and/or human resources needed to have their own HR team. For this reason, HR responsibilities typically fall on one or two people in management… over and above their already-demanding roles in their business.
