HR Consulting

HR Annual Subscription

We believe that expert HR advice and support should be available to any business, regardless of size or budget.

Maybe you’re not in a position to employ an HR team at the moment, but at times you’d like a sound boarding, need expert help or advice, or an extra set of hands.

We can provide that support at a fraction of the cost of hiring a consultant or employing another team member.

We know that small and medium-sized businesses often lack the budget and/or human resources needed to have their own robust HR team. For this reason, HR responsibilities typically fall on one or two people in management… over and above their already-demanding roles in the company.

Our team of HR experts will partner with you to develop strategies custom-tailored to your specific human resources needs.

The results of having an outsourced human resources team at your disposal…. greater efficiencies, more productivity, and higher profits for your business.

Our passion is helping you manage ‘all things HR’ to relieve you from the time-consuming complexities and confusion of people management.   We support our clients in all things HR, including interpreting award and pay conditions for your staff, managing performance issues, and implementing the right policies for your unique workplace.

With HRonHand, we partner with you to understand your business goals and support you with tailored HR solutions so you can put your time and energy into what really matters – growing your business.

However, we realise that not everyone is as fortunate, and we want to do our part in trying to change and impact this.

We have made the conscious choice to support disadvantaged Australians.

We have chosen an incredibly worthy cause, The Smith Family and our aim will be to sponsor as many disadvantaged children as possible. Sponsoring a child costs $104 per month ($1,248 per year). Find out more about how we are looking to contribute to this great cause.

3 Month HR Support Package

Here’s what we know about HR in small and medium sized businesses:

  • Small and medium-sized businesses often lack the budget and/or dedicated resources needed to manage HR issues – HR responsibilities typically fall on one or two people in management… over and above their already-demanding roles in the company.
  • We often see that HR can be one of the last functional roles hired in small and medium sized businesses, as whilst really important, in most instances, sits down the priority list.
  • We know that not all businesses are the same and therefore, a one-size fits all approach will not work for many.

To cater for this, we’ve created a unique 3-month HR Support Package.

It’s designed to:

  • Provide you the HR support you need for your business right now!
  • Get expert HR support for a low cost and low commitment
  • Develop, update and/or improve your current HR systems and processes
